Our Policies
Because Lucky Blue Studio is located in a historic building, we’ve put a few policies in place to protect the space and keep everyone safe. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below before booking. A copy of this will also be available to review when booking.

Studio Access
Rentals include access to the designated studio space only. Other areas of the building are not included unless approved in advance. -
Second-Floor Access (Stairs Only)
The studio is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. Renters are responsible for safely transporting all equipment and personal items. No refunds will be issued due to accessibility concerns. -
Booking & Payment
Studio rentals are $60 for one hour and $65 for two or more hours. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. -
Rental Time & Overtime
Access is permitted during your scheduled rental time only. Early entry is limited to 10 minutes before your session, and cleanup must be completed within 15 minutes after. Overtime may result in additional charges or denial of future bookings. -
Cancellations & Credits
All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, studio reservation credits will be issued for the full amount paid. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months. -
Studio Reset & Cleaning
The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original locations, trash removed, and the space cleaned of debris. Failure to do so may result in cleaning or damage fees. -
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Additional fees may be charged for excessive mess, spills, glitter, confetti, food remnants, or damage to floors, walls, furniture, props, or equipment. -
Included Equipment & Furnishings
Use of studio furniture, lighting, and backdrops is included. Any existing damage must be reported before use. Renters are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damaged items. -
Historic Elements — Do Not Touch
Certain historic features, including the wall and box made of reclaimed doors and original granary equipment, are not to be touched, moved, or used as props. -
Studio Rules
No food or drinks, pets, smoking, vaping, open flames, or illegal activity are permitted in the studio. Floors are historic — furniture and equipment should never be dragged. -
Music & Noise
Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. Sound travels easily within the building, and other tenants may be present. -
Liability & Assumption of Risk
Renters assume all risks associated with studio use, including stair access and equipment setup. Lucky Blue Studio is not responsible for injuries, lost or damaged property, or accidents during the rental period. -
Right to Refuse or Terminate Use
Lucky Blue Studio reserves the right to end a session immediately if policies are violated or unsafe conditions arise, with no refunds issued.
